FOOD AND DRINK
Wolvey Pre-School makes snacks and meals a social time at which children and adults eat together.
Each pre-school session includes a break for food and drink. We plan the menus for snacks so that they provide the children with healthy nutritious food. Do tell us about your child's dietary needs and we will make sure that these are met. The Dairy Council supplies milk free of charge. If your child has a milk allergy an alternative drink can be arranged.
Lunch club is offered to all children attending the pre-school. This starts at 11.30AM and runs until 12.55PM extending the pre-school session. Parents are asked to bring along a packed lunch at the start of the session; drinks can be supplied.
However, we need a minimum of 9 children per day to cover costs. So, if you are thinking of booking for this please do so now to ensure the future availability of this service.
The current cost is £3 per day (£3.50 from April 2008).
